#380 plot value error on silence removal

#380 Fix value error. Numpy time vector. On some wave file will get errors. Example in the wave file mentioned in the issue.

React Vite template not hot reload

I have played around with the example Vue HRM. working fine. But I tried with React it didn't. Until I refresh to page.
