[UI BUG] after adding a user to a group cannot adding other user cause by button add won't update

Describe the bug

After adding a user to a group then cannot add other users again cause of add button is stuck in the loading state.

When going back and coming to the add user to group page again yes we can add the user again and then get the same problem.

Expected behavior

It should be able to add other users in the same page.

Reproduction steps

1. Go to add a user to the group page.
2. Add a user to the group.
3. Add another user.
