@toerholm Here is an example of adding text based data to a BVH model, so the standard force plate classes still work.

This is prof-of-concept on how to use a python hook in a MoCap model analyse a c3d file and print the result of the analysis directly in the AnyBody output...

This updates the Regensburg-Ulm hand model to the newest release of AMMR. Still needs test to ensure everything works as expected.

Not working on Windows

The formatter doesn't work on Windows. It would probably work if it used [tempfile](https://docs.python.org/3.6/library/tempfile.html) from the standard lib instead of relying on "/tmp/" always being present. I get the following...
