If 1.4.x is intended for jupyterlab >=3, I think it would be nice to update the documentation to mention this.

It would be nice to have Python 3.11 support already, especially since 3.12 will be out in 5 months.

Currently, graphviz is at v0.20.1. The version that mxnet brings (v0.8.4) was released on Jul 1, 2018.

Thanks. Hopefully, the policy can be revised at some point to bring support within six months, instead of one year.
