One idea would be to make the guidebase with a honeycomb texture surface instead of "flat". So screws can be put where needed to make the base fit better

The code has been updated. Now fibula pieces lengths are measured.

Fibula segment lengths is currently measured using the fibula planes intersection with the fibula bone: - calculating intersections centroid to centroid distance
