A [pull request](https://github.com/sebastianandress/Slicer-SurfaceWrapSolidify/pull/3) has been created to solve the problem of WrapSolidify execution changing the smoothing factor of the segmentation

- miterBoxes could be substracted with the fibula model, before joining them to the guidebase. This would achieve the best miterBox welding
