It sounds like @super-harsh and @mayankagg9722 synced up and figured out what the issue was, and Mayank will send a PR to help resolve it.

Azure themselves is deprecating MySQL single server and PostgreSQL single server, so if you're using either of those two resources there is a deadline for migration. That change is outside...
