add apps with new notification to history (closes #2244)
- refactor interfaces - rewrite parser (randomly not working at the moment)
just an idea for logging changes and improve/reduce shown notifications at the moment there are only lot of notifications for exams, events, grades and if on of them is clicked...
at the moment screen rotation will crash the app while loading content (rotation temporary disabled)
