I just found your project. I wonder if it would be possible to connect the iConsole devices via Bluetooth instead of the serial connection. There is already a Java implementation...

Would it perhaps be possible to output the iConsole data via Bluetooth again - but this time using the FTMS protocol? This would then probably allow to use iConsole devices...
