i got the same problem: randomly downloading seems to work or not to work in ios 8. cleaning the project doesn't help.

Thanks, looks good. To improve the code readability i would suggest to create a new variable with a meaningful name for `MIN(value, _upperValue - _minimumRange)` ;)

I think this can be resolved only through an compiler flag to remove those methods from the run time...
