I think it would be useful to include / point to some example code for this section, especially running through a typical workflow using ietoolkit.

suggest to add for both power calc simulations and randomization inference. This is not urgent, but would be quite useful.

This feels overly detailed in the flow of the chapter. I recommend keeping the general point about using an external editor but moving the below content to a wiki article...
