I think it's _retroactively_ intentional, since the documentation predates dashboard tabs existing, but bug or feature—either way it definitely makes sense to address this :D

Possibly related: #613. There could be a utility function to identify dashboards that contain collated(?) content that these kinds of effects should function on, if it makes sense for that...

You can do this with tag replacer! Just replace "3ds" with "3ds, handheld." It might be nice if we had something indicating that that works or a checkbox that changes...
