None of these have ever been localized. CC @steveisok in case he wants to localize the runtime packs and @jonathanpeppers in case he wants to localize the maui ones.

I think this is probably too risky at this point. All RC2 changes now require approval and the RTM branch won't have any more previews. We'll have a 7.0.2xx branch...

@tmat the linked issue is from a year ago and listed for .net 8. Is this not too risky to take in rc2 at this time?

@kelicto are you using an msbuild language service for viewing this? We're not sure where the squiggle is coming from as maybe an extension isn't working correctly.
