right now you cant discriminate (wether from beans.xml or @SignalHandler) which signals you want to trap

right now it may not be suitable for high performance and scalable applications (of course, some of this relates to not using multi-process or multi-threading to handle server and client(s)...

using curl we can set the value for a property or a constuctor argument with the content of the given url, using an ftp, rss or whatever

this is because php cant serialize static properties (the dispatcher is a static property and is set via a static method so we can set the dispatcher before constructing the...

this should be really taken care of in the SignalHandlerHelper bean or even in the SignalHandlerDriver.. but what's with php?? I couldn't find a way to dispatch signals if declare(ticks=1)...
