url (http get and post, ftp, etc) as property/args values

using curl we can set the value for a property or a constuctor argument with the content of the given url, using an ftp, rss or whatever

this might be done using filters.. but we may not have a way then to pass special arguments (like user and passwords for ftp).. this should be a new kind of property, like array, value, ref
