I see from your first example that it is correct now. Could it be an issue with Chainquery similar to #89 ?
Could this be a Chainquery delay issue ? I don't think it's due to the explorer.

This issue should be closed since it was fixed.
I don't think it makes sense to show Created Time, except if it's a mempool transaction. Other explorers show a block time as Transaction time, and add a confirmation time...
