transactions for a block should be listed in the order that they exist in the block

we will have to add a sequence number column in chainquery. Currently we don't store this value for a transaction so there is no way for explorer to sort them properly. Will create/link issue.

I don't see a column indicating sequence number in Chainquery. https://chainquery.lbry.io/api/sql?query=SELECT%20*%20from%20transaction%20WHERE%20block_hash_id=%225faccc32a3fd3b9fb62589df94775cd8f2fb5b0fc5207820f6986ae84a16db72%22%20LIMIT%2010 Is there an issue to add it ?
