I found some old installers and experimented: basic-miktex-2.9.7031-x64.exe works, but basic-miktex-2.9.7351.exe does not.
Did you find anything?
I found that removing \usepackage{pst-barcode} and \usepackage{pstricks-add} from issue.tex makes it print with mtprint. Having just one of them in issue.tex, the log file of mtprint says 2021-02-10 14:24:57,560+0100 INFO...
FYI: Afaik this issue still exists. Staleing this thread doesn't fix it.
I appreciate the feedback. It's just that the way the first feedback was written, I expected an earlier answer. I will try to replace miktex then in my project.
I have a similar issue. I'm on Win10 64 bit as well and use FF 52. For me the top area of the browser just looks totally wrong and redraws...
