upload duplicated file does not open conflict dialog

I have 3.14.1 and also the bug

`Failed to connect to lockdownd service on the device.`

Same as @ardypro with an iPad pro 10.5 with iOS 11 on Ubuntu 16.10. I followed the guide at [https://gist.github.com/samrocketman/70dff6ebb18004fc37dc5e33c259a0fc](https://gist.github.com/samrocketman/70dff6ebb18004fc37dc5e33c259a0fc) but I got the errors for both `ifuse` and `ideviceinfo`.
