So @ericpromislow - based on my notes on https://github.com/rancher/backup-restore-operator/pull/439 it is hull causing the main issue of removing PSPs on this branch. And it seems lasso/wrangler also have some affect...

We might need to roll this back partially - just realized in hindsight this may not match what @MbolotSuse explained. (Mike please confirm if you happen to see this) However...
