Issues or PRs should be filed with https://github.com/parallaxsw/OpenSTA if still relevant. This is effectively a fork (though not strictly for historical reasons).
I did do that as a workaround but it seems odd that it is necessary. It is a common fixture so that will have to be done by every client...
If only I knew what Anton did years ago...
I believe gf12/bp_single is still on the old icewall. I'll look at converting it so we can move forward with this PR. I may have some questions :)

Does doing so result in fixing all antenna violations?
Is `std::vector& nodes` a matrix? If so there are more efficient mechanisms like https://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_86_0/libs/multi_array/doc/user.html
Have you run `. env.sh` to setup your path?
Have you read the sections on building in https://openroad-flow-scripts.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index2.html ? I'm not sure if you are trying to build with docker or locally.
