In your testing did you measure changes in wns/tns?

Issues or PRs should be filed with https://github.com/parallaxsw/OpenSTA if still relevant. This is effectively a fork (though not strictly for historical reasons).
Have you tried setting your LD_LIBRARY_PATH to find the .so? What platform are you using that requires manual installation.
A PR would be appreciated.
