@gadfort any idea why pdn doesn't error out when I can see:
Zoomed: VDD (right) connected but not VSS (left)
It seems like we need to use a repair strap not the default strap for this channel.

The log is not from a run of setup.sh. I guess you are running out of memory on a parallel build - try with a single thread.
I've seen that too. It seems to be a Jenkins thing; I'm not sure we have much control over it.
Thoughts on what those checks should be?
Why do you think sta MT is ready to be turned back on?
What is the goal of getUpdatedXform? I'm used to seeing people use getTransform across hierarchies. Why do you think it is wrong?
Is the transform different from what you would get in DEF for the instance?
