I cannot open http://66.228.62.171:3000/ , the demo page stated in README.md

While kinda obvious, the fact that background color is changed to black isn't mentioned explicitly.

- Similar attributes are already used in GLFWOpenGLWindow.cpp. - This could avoid setting environment variables when using old Mesa where OpenGL compatibility profile is limited to 3.1.

SDL 2.0.0 was released on Aug., 2013: http://forums.libsdl.org/viewtopic.php?t=9375 There is some API change. You might check whether your Linux backend still works with SDL2
