Same problem here. Statusbar text is white at first for me, then changes to black after a few seconds.

FWIW, it works correctly when I set `UIViewControllerBasedStatusBarAppearance` to NO in the `Info.plist` file of the project. Maybe the overlay needs to inherit the statusbar settings from the topmost view...

Will this allow any RTSP sources? I'm asking because my security cameras support it and it would be amazing to be able to make a security channel that flips through...
