Have you tried disable mouse pointer shadow and / or change mouse coursor size to 1 ? I had similar issue, cursor size change helped

@gniemirowski I changed it on remote machine - WIndows 10 has mouse cursor size settings option

Next/Previous function in tool bar and assigned to hot keys don't work
