`wsSettings`不是`waSettings`
It's off the topic. Just in case someone need the function, there is a small tool http://moviethumbnail.sourceforge.net/ I hope mpv could have the function someday :smile:
It works if I place it at `C:\` or any subdirectory like `C:\Users\Foobar\`. Mysteriously, if I placed it in `E:\Git`, it also works. But neither `E:/Git/personal-scripts/Scrapy/` nor `E:/Git/personalscripts/Scrapy/` works.
