Feature request: Wiley journal template

Thanks for the info @cderv! I believe all Wiley journals accept the [NJD-v5 template](https://authorservices.wiley.com/asset/WileyNJDv5_Template.zip). Wiley is definitely one of the most aesthetically consistent publishers, so it would be well worthwhile....

stat_slab/stat_eye: limits argument ignored
