Feature request: Wiley journal template

Open lukaseamus opened this issue 9 months ago • 2 comments

Since you have templates for most of the main publishers (Springer, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, OUP etc.) it would make sense to have one for Wiley, third-largest publisher after Elsevier and Springer. Templates for Wiley are found here: https://www.overleaf.com/latex/templates/wiley-journal-template/nnjcnfyhzcqp (old), https://www.overleaf.com/latex/templates/wiley-new-journal-design-version-5-njd-v5/nrvzqjmwtrdw (new). More information on the new template here: https://authorservices.wiley.com/author-resources/Journal-Authors/Prepare/new-journal-design.html. I would really appreciate this feature!

Hi thanks for your suggestion !

As discussed in latest topic about this

  • #155 new rticles formats are community-contributed, so feel free to work on PR for this.

I see we have already sim_article() for Statistics in Medicine. Maybe there is way to have common function ? It depends how much each journal template for Wiley share content.

Thank you !

Thanks for the info @cderv! I believe all Wiley journals accept the NJD-v5 template. Wiley is definitely one of the most aesthetically consistent publishers, so it would be well worthwhile. I unfortunately lack the Latex expertise, but am hoping someone can look into this.
