C++: Use concepts for the invokables

With Xcode 13.3 (LLVM 13 based) the concepts header exists. Perhaps it works now.

`source-clip-x`, `source-clip-width`, etc. don't seem to be doing anything.

Another thing that would make sense is that the implicit `width` of Image is reduces to `source-clip-width` when specified. Same for `height` and `source-clip-height` of course.

Combobox Text is not grayed out properly when disabled.

odd. is there OS specific stuff in the Qt-backend styling/render code? Or is it perhaps a Qt bug?
