We could probably just query ADS for papers that cite a given Circular.
I think in all those cases it would be best practice for the paper to cite the Circular.

I am hesitant to update any USWDS packages until https://github.com/trussworks/react-uswds/pull/2726 is merged.
We have https://github.com/nasa-gcn/gcn.nasa.gov/blob/main/.vscode/settings.json under version control. What else do we need to do to close this?
Closing this. Please reopen if there are specific settings that should be under version control but are not.
The UX of AWS X-Ray is so terrible that I'm not sure that this is all that useful without a third-party OTEL collector and trace visualizer.
