Is it possible to detect passphrase need?

With [Settings Sync](https://github.com/shanalikhan/code-settings-sync)'d configurations, this would eliminate the extraneous popup on machines where the private key is not passphrase protected whereas the ones with passphrases obviously require it.

Now, this is just something silly but... I tend to just disable undoing moves because I find the icon distracting, urging me to click it while I don't intend to....
