Stylus input is not the problem. (I cannot reproduce the crash with the latest Android 16 emulator build.) The problem is hardware keyboard related. I haven't confirmed the behavior change...

Thank you for letting us know. I already suspected some change with devices that have a hardware keyboard attached (and emulators usually have a hardware keyboard attached.)

I can confirm that the unmodified florisboard alpha release works with android 16.
