We are currently implementing a parser for the keyboard3 standard fron unicode and we are going to add the possibility to add and modify keyboard3 layouts.
There is a possible workaround with themes in v0.5.0 until this is implemented correctly. See this discussion thread: https://github.com/florisboard/florisboard/discussions/3044#discussioncomment-14120338

Which firefox version are you using? (I'm using firefox beta, so it might be an firefox bug, that is fixed in beta)
