Did you download the ZIP from [here](https://github.com/imbushuo/mac-precision-touchpad/releases/tag/2105-3979)? After extracting it, go to the folder where you extracted it and you should find the file there. Perhaps you downloaded the wrong...
I just downloaded it, the file is definitely there  (note in this screenshot, the ZIP has not been extracted yet)

Hmm, that is odd. But the file is there (second from the top, of type “Setup information”) What happens when you extract the files to a folder?
When you extract the contents of the ZIP to a new folder, can you **right-click** the "Setup Information" file and click **Install**?
