Firstly, this issue should be in node-elm-review (oh, it is jfmengels/node-elm-review#81). Secondly, we've used `elm-solve-deps-wasm` for a bit now (jfmengels/node-elm-review#144).

I think this can be closed as completed: Duplicate of #983. Closed by #985. Fixed in v2.4.3.

FYI: The linked denoland/deno#18546 has been closed as resolved as of denoland/deno#24334, and ~~will likely land in the upcoming Deno 2~~ landed in Deno 1.45. It still doesn't support Vitest...
