It did not provide any noticeable speed improvement that I was hoping for, only adding complexity. I will revisit after we get a new Mac for testing.

For me both destinations failed with `invoice_payment_fail_sending` error, I can't say why, maybe @Jasonvdb can?

This is how our keyboard works. It prevents user to enter amount higher, than he have. If he have 0.01, he have to enter 0 dot 0 1, other variants...
