Until a proper handling of the offline mode is added, you can enable the [`extensionsdkim_verifierdnsjsdnsautoresetserveralive-boolean`](https://github.com/lieser/dkim_verifier/wiki/DNS#extensionsdkim_verifierdnsjsdnsautoresetserveralive-boolean) setting as a workaround.
