[BUG]更新订阅一直卡在获取中，不超时不报错

5.28版本还是没问题的，因为需要用到新版本的新增功能，所以升级了新的版本，然后获取订阅就不行了，5.28往后的版本都试过了，一样卡住。 尝试使用fiddler和wireshark抓包，发现压根没有数据包，初步怀疑请求压根没发送，可能是新代码与windows server 2016有什么兼容问题，也可能是某个补丁造成的（服务器自使用以来没更新过系统、没安装过任何新的补丁）。  ### 预期行为 更新订阅成功 ### 实际行为 提示获取订阅内容中，然后一直没反应，不报错不超时 ### 复现方法 1. 下载5.28后的任意版本 2. 顺便添加一个订阅 3. 不通过代理更新订阅 4. 然后一直没反应 ### 日志信息,位置在当前目录下的guiLogs ``` 没任何有用信息 ``` ### 环境信息(客户端请升级至最新正式版) windows server...
