Lowered priority because we have other more important bugs for the beta.
One of my concerns is the license of sound files. Will we use vanilla ones or get more from soundcloud/sounddog/freesound, etc.?
If you can find the sounds, we can add them.
If it is going to power, it will produce a great drag. Once it ends to power, its drag will drop drastically.

Will it be in 10.2? If no, I'd delay this issue.

Now vanilla adds conduit. We do not prefer duplicate features.
