I came across this issue in 24.10.0 while upgrading TP-Link Deco M4R v1. I can confirm that the problem gets resolved after running `/etc/init.d/sysntpd restart` and waiting a few seconds.

I tried reproducing again on TP-Link Deco M4R v1. The problem didn't reproduce this time. It seems that the behavior is flaky.
