Sorry people, I'm still on El Capitain so I have no way to test on Sierra... I don't know what changed in Sierra that could be causing the issue... Maybe...

Last time I tried a similar migration (to NeoBundle, [back in 2013](https://github.com/skwp/dotfiles/pull/334)), @skwp brought up some reasons / conditions not to do this. So I'll defer to him to address...
