Still an issue in version 4.0.0.5738

I'm running version 4.0.5.5977 of Radarr on macOS 12.2.1 and this is still happening. Anyone able to look into this?

This workaround worked indeed: ```sudo codesign --force --deep --sign - /Applications/Radarr.app ``` Now I just hope I can still easily update Radarr when there's new releases. I'll find out and...

I'd say that's an acceptable fix, yes. I overwrote it myself in my custom theme and that worked fine. But you didn't ask me 😇
