It might be worth mentioning in the article that a similar functionality existed in legacy architectures. Cf. the "young bits" register in BESM-6: http://mailcom.com/besm6/instset.shtml

Please add support of underlining and overstriking a la `ul(1)` expressed with backspace characters. Allowing arbitrary overstriking when a mono font is used would be a plus.

Please provide an option like `--geometry COLSxROWS` which would compute the appropriate --cpi and --lpi based on page size and margin widths.
