well i'm not sure adding another tab is going to help the overall ui. i'm going to close this, if @Firesphere has a better proposal, i'm happy to revisit this...

ok i'll just close this, i think we are never going to separate more than it currently is. debugbar is just not flexible enough and since then, nothing has changed...
