Cache sixel

Large images take very long to convert into sixel format. Caching converted sixel would significantly increase image preview speed.

Disable Gtk header bar which shows up in some windows.

For some gtk windows like `firefox`, `vimb` and `sakura`, a wide gtk header bar shows up displaying the title of those windows which take up screen space.
