Disable Gtk header bar which shows up in some windows.
For some gtk windows like firefox, vimb and sakura, a wide gtk header bar shows up displaying the title of those windows which take up screen space.
This happens because gtk does not implement the xdg_decoration protocol and still uses the obsolete kde version. Rather than implementing the obsolete protocol in river I will probably try and send gtk a patch first.
Note that for firefox at lest you can disable the titlebar in the "customize toolbar" menu.
Put up a patch upgrading GTK to xdg-decoration. Once that hopefully gets merged we can close this.
Any update on this?

@ifreund When you have the time, could you push an update to the patch? It looks like they're waiting on this side before merging it, and there were only minor requested changes from the latest review.
@ifreund please don't scold me for pinging you :), this is just a friendly reminder. That gtk PR would be very much appreciated.
