The setting was written with the incorrect name, which caused it not to load at all. fixes #12

Total volume is not loaded from default volumes

All other volume slider values are saved and loaded correctly, except for the total volume. The total volume is saved as `all`, but tries to load the setting from `total`...

Constant high CPU usage by the UI

At least on my system, running Manjaro Linux, the soundsense-rs UI manages to keep two CPU cores at 100% at all times.
