Total volume is not loaded from default volumes

All other volume slider values are saved and loaded correctly, except for the total volume.

The total volume is saved as all, but tries to load the setting from total when launching.

As a workaround, changing the setting name in default-volumes.ini from all to total manually will make it load correctly.
