I was wondering if it was possible to alter the placement of a biome per dimension, like for example have nether biomes spawn in the overworld?

I'm trying to disable Weather2's clouds and reenable vanilla clouds, however when I use the config option (after disabling Weather2 clouds), it doesn't seem to want to render vanilla clouds
